Exciting News and Updates

I am thrilled to announce that I will be moving into my own office space on September 6th, 2022! The new office is located at 1133 Broadway, suite 1503, between 25th and 26th St. Additionally, I will be adding Thursdays to my schedule, increasing my availability through the week.

Beginning September 6th, 2022, I will be enabling online booking again which will require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. Your card will only be used to reserve the appointment. I will never charge you until the date of the appointment and you still have the ability to pay in whatever form is best for you.

Looking forward to seeing you in the new space!

Regards,

Frances Montalvo

Getting Back to Business

After several months, I am happy to announce that I will be resuming work on August 1st, 2020 with new hours.  I have decided to come back slowly and will only be working on Saturdays, for now, from 10am-8pm. With that said there will be some changes during the treatment and the office as per NYS Guidelines for Reopening:

  • I will be spacing out appointments to give myself enough time to clean and sanitize the space with medical grade products between sessions.
  • Clients will no longer be allowed to sit in the waiting area, so I ask that you show up for your appointment no more than 10 minutes early.
  • Clients will be required to wear a mask when they are in the supine (face-up) position, while I will be wearing a mask and a face shield.
  • Face masks will be provided if the client does not have one and hand sanitizer will be available in the treatment room as well.
  • Clients will be required to leave a bank card on file to facilitate contactless payment. Payment will be charged at the end of the session.
  • I will be getting tested myself every two weeks as a precaution for you as well as myself.

I look forward to seeing you all again and getting back to some semblance of normalcy. We are all navigating this new world together, so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Warm Regards,
